Receive completion callbacks from media-worker datahub atoms.

Handles three result types:

  • scrape_complete: insert raw records, optionally dispatch data.enrich, evaluate active triggers and fire matching actions.
  • enrich_complete: update structured_data on existing records, optionally dispatch data.summarize.
  • summary_complete: store summary markdown in S3 under the agent's documents folder.
