Platform Storage Upload From Bytes

Write a file into the user's Apps/<App Title>/ folder on behalf of a worker (e.g. nail-art's harmonized image output, garment-bulk's rendered try-on). Internal-key auth — the App backend / worker mints + sends this from the same VPC.

installation_id identifies the workspace scope (resolves to user, team scope handled by the existing storage filter). app_slug is cross-checked against the install so apps can't write into each other's Storage folders.
