Get Session Jobs Batch

Batch-fetch jobs for up to 50 sessions in a single DB query. Used by the design board to hydrate all project cards on load. Sessions with no job are omitted. Brand teammates with tech pack view access also receive jobs created by other members of that brand.

Thumbnail render URLs come from the newest ready version in each job's version family (same rule as opening the tech pack cover page).
