Import Techpack From Pdf

Import a techpack bundle (PDF, XLSX/XLS/CSV, DOCX, images, or a safe ZIP of those) as a new, editable job.

Creates a bare job (new Conversation + QuestionnaireSession + TechPackJob), normalizes every uploaded file via techpack_import_ingest.normalize_bundle, persists the resulting manifest as techpackImportSources, and dispatches the appropriate extraction task. PDFs pause after page classification so the user can confirm page roles and table-column mapping. Spreadsheets skip that step and extract immediately.
