Create Touch Up Version

Clone a tech pack into a new version for 2D touch-up (V1.1, V1.2, …).

Copies questionnaire + size guide + sample size + construction + Visual Studio + sizing reference + current 2D flats. Parent POM is copied as an interim seed when flats are unchanged; workspace automation regenerates POM after Approve 3D.

touch_up_3d_intent controls post-approve 3D: regenerate from updated flats or retain renders from the source tech pack.

Make the version from the flats sent back from Illustrator after Approve 2D (platform_payload.illustratorRoundTrip.pendingReturn); a side not sent back keeps the source's flat.

touch_up_3d_intent'regenerate' | 'retain'

After 2D touch-up is approved: regenerate 3D from updated flats, or retain 3D from the source tech pack.

touch_up_bom_intent'keep' | 'regenerate'

Keep the source BOM (including edits) or regenerate it after approval.

touch_up_labels_intent'keep' | 'fresh'

Keep the source label, packaging and care label notes, or start them fresh.

touch_up_artwork_intent'keep' | 'fresh'

Keep the source artwork files and placement rows, or start without artwork.
