Unmark Conversation As Spam

Clear the spam flag on a 1:1 conversation.

Idempotent — clearing an unflagged conversation is a 200 no-op. The audit-trail DmSpamReport rows are NOT deleted; admins can still resolve / dismiss them. This endpoint only affects the caller's per-participant flag (what's hidden from their inbox).
