Delete Dm Draft

Discard the caller's saved draft for a 1:1 conversation.

Idempotent: deleting a non-existent draft returns 204. Returns 404 only when the recipient username doesn't exist (so a bad URL surfaces visibly) or is the caller themselves.

Hybrid auth so the conversation-page autosave (session cookie) and API clients (bearer token) both work.
