Snooze Conversation Api

Snooze a 1:1 conversation. Snoozed conversations disappear from the default inbox until snoozed_until passes; the inbox query auto-restores them.

duration is a fixed token (same surface as the web form); arbitrary timestamps aren't accepted so client UIs / agents can't pin a conversation away forever by accident.
