Forward Message

Forward a DM to another user. Creates a new message in the target conversation with the original body quoted, plus an optional comment from the forwarder.

Validation:

  • Caller must be a participant of the source conversation.
  • Recipient must pass DM eligibility (block / privacy / etc.).
  • Source message must not be tombstoned.
