US-8 self-service: start a trial on the workspace's canonical Subscription. Resolves the key exactly against the app's own plan catalog (TBP-508) and applies its `trial` + `trialDays` policy. Stripe-side trial config (trial_period_days) is set through the existing checkout flow, not here.
