Product classification hierarchy (HS / SITC)

Product classification entries for a WITS datasource. For TRN this returns the full HS catalog at 6-digit leaf granularity; filter by level to narrow to 2-digit chapters or 4-digit headings. For tradestats-* this returns the 27 named sector groups (e.g. Fuels, 01-05_Animal).

Query parameters

nomenclaturestring

Classification code (HS for Harmonized System, SITC for SITC Rev 2). Filter applied client-side.

levelinteger nullable

Digit-level filter (HS: 2 = chapter, 4 = heading, 6 = subheading).

datasourcestring

Datasource tag. Use trn for the full HS catalog, tradestats-trade or tradestats-tariff for sector groups.

yearinteger nullable

Reserved for future use. Accepted but ignored today - upstream does not filter the HS catalog by year.
