Gulf crude exports from JODI (corroboration, not a floor)
Changed onMonthly crude-oil exports, thousand barrels per day, for Persian Gulf reporters in the JODI Oil World Database. Compiled from what national statistical offices report about themselves: no AIS, no vessel tracking, no satellite. This is corroboration of the Hormuz disruption, NOT a bound on transits. Some Gulf exporters file a blank crude-export row; some can bypass the strait by pipeline. not_a_transit_bound states that on the wire. The newest month is latest_period on the payload; meta.stale follows ingest liveness on retrieved_at.
