UN SDG database last-refresh timestamp

Timestamp of the most recent UNSD SDG database refresh. The Global SDG Indicators Database is refreshed on a semi-annual cadence - typically March (Q1, for the annual SDG Progress Report) and September (Q3, before the High-Level Political Forum) - plus ad-hoc custodian pushes in between. Use this to decide whether downstream caches need invalidation. Source: /Series/LastUpdated.
