Latest TIC short-term banking snapshot per country

Snapshot of the most recent reported month from the US Treasury TIC short-term banking series. Returns each country's latest short-term US Treasury holdings broken down into Treasury bills and other short-term claims, plus aggregate totals. Source: Treasury TIC bulk ingest with B4 schema v2 envelope. 503 with tic_banking_not_initialised if the upstream banking series is not present in the current snapshot.
