Excludes the U2 euro-area aggregate so the leaderboard only includes individual member countries (use /ivf/by-country/u2 for the aggregate timeseries directly). Hedge sector excluded from /top default leaderboard because data is sparse - use /ivf/by-sector/hedge with ?include_country_breakdown=true for hedge-fund per-country view.
