Top net buyers/sellers for ONE NBFI sector (transaction flows)

Countries within the requested sector ranked by absolute transaction-flow magnitude. period=latest returns each country's most recent quarterly flow value; period=yoy aggregates the last four quarters per country. Positive flow value = net buyer; negative = net seller. Distinct from /changes (stock delta) because flow data excludes valuation effects. Excludes the U2 aggregate; skips countries with no flow data.
