SWESTR overnight reference rate

Swedish Krona Short Term Rate (SWESTR), Sweden's risk-free overnight reference rate published at 11:00 CET each business day. SWESTR is published through a dedicated Riksbank API that is separate from SWEA. When the separate API is not reachable from this Sugra deployment, the note field explains how to retrieve SWESTR directly.
