Selic overnight and target rates

Brazilian benchmark policy rate, from Banco Central do Brasil SGS. Returns the Selic effective rate (daily, SGS 11, expressed per day) and the Selic target (meta Copom, SGS 432, expressed per annum). The target is the Central Bank's monetary policy instrument.

last_ninteger

Number of most-recent observations per series (upstream cap 20).
