CNB CZK fixing history for a single currency

Daily CNB CZK fixing history for one currency across a date window. CNB has published the daily fixing since 1991-01-01, so historical windows spanning more than three decades are supported. Sugra loops the upstream /cnbapi/exrates/daily-year endpoint across the years covered by the window and normalises each row to a per-unit mid rate.
