Chartered-bank posted rates (BA context)

Posted rates from the group CHARTERED_BANK_INTEREST covering the prime lending rate (V80691311), 1-year, 3-year, and 5-year rates. Bankers' Acceptance rates followed CDOR fixings that ceased in June 2024; current money-market references moved to Term CORRA. This endpoint surfaces the closest remaining Valet proxies via the chartered-bank posted-rate table.
