Unseen Imports

The posts that arrived from the iOS share extension while the user was away — the Saved tab's unread badge.

Two gates, both required: unseen (never surfaced) and a social source (a post, not a list the user built). failed imports are excluded — there is nothing to go and look at, so badging one would send the user to a dead end.
