Mark Imports Seen

Clear the badge. No body (or a null list_ids) marks everything seen, which is what opening the Saved tab does; naming ids clears just those.

Only ever writes rows that are still unseen, so it is idempotent and two devices racing on app open cost one UPDATE of zero rows.
