Get Session

Bootstrap anchor for mobile. The dependency does all the work: mints a guest row if nothing is present, reuses an existing one, or returns the authenticated user. Response carries X-Guest-Id (or X-Guest-Id-Cleared on conversion) so the mobile client can sync secure-store with the server's view.
