Import Stream

SSE stream of an import's progress: an extracted event, one place event per resolved place, then a done event. Same Redis-Streams → SSE plumbing as the chat stream.

Accepts the scoped saved:import token (as well as a full session) so the iOS share extension can show the import filling in live.
