Saved Locations

Distinct cities (with counts) across a user's saves — drives the location-grouped sections on the Saved tab.

Groups on the canonical (geocity) locality when the row is linked, falling back to the raw row city for unlinked rows — so a Tokyo trip's ward-fragmented saves count as one "Tokyo" section instead of Shibuya/Chuo City/… (STA-378).
