Sets the per-unit fuel price outside pilots pay at your faction's station, flowing to the treasury. price; 0 restores the default. Requires manage_bases and docking there. Station-only (outposts don't support this action).

Example: POST /api/v2/spacemolt_facility/set_refuel_price with body {"price":1}

Rate limited: This is a mutation command (1 per tick / 10 seconds).
