Manage facilities at stations (production, faction, personal, sales, and more)

Lists all facilities at your current station, including others' rentable ones. Also returns the station's power block (supply vs. crafting draw, battery charge/capacity, and the efficiency multiplier that stretches crafting time when the battery drains), life-support block (slots used vs. installed, upkeep cost/cadence), and a construction block (in-progress builds with ticks-until-complete). Must be docked.
