Returns the latest structural report for the project outline map, including whether it matches the current document revision, its 0–10 score, seven structural dimensions, per-episode notes, priority fixes, and any episodes that were not yet outlined when it ran, plus readiness — whether the outlines as they stand can be scored now and, when not, reason saying exactly what is missing. Report-only: unlike Series Bible coverage this carries no gate. A product project is refused with 409 project_not_story (details.work: outline): its Bible lists features, not episodes.
