Drop one frame from the project mood board.

Take one frame back out of the agreed look. Costs no credits and refunds none: the picture stays where it is hosted, and what changes is that it stops binding renders. Dropping a frame id that is not on the board answers with the board unchanged. Returns the whole board after the change.
