The claims ledger lists every claim the product's public site makes (from "Learn from your site"), each with the pages it came from: declared (a page says it), inferred (read between the lines), confirmed (the founder said it is true and may be said) or rejected (the founder said it must never be said). Only the founder confirms or rejects a claim. When the product Bible is written, every rejected claim goes into its "do not claim" and any other sentence of it that states one is struck; its writer is told to state only confirmed claims as fact and a declared one only as what the site says.
