List and search skills

Returns a cursor-paginated list of published, public skills. Public; an authenticated caller may scope to their own DRAFT/PRIVATE/UNLISTED/ORG skills. Supports q, category, platform, minScore, author, source, official, visibility, sort (e.g. trending, most_installed), and searchMode=hybrid for BM25 + vector fusion.
