List a skill version's file tree

Returns the multi-file manifest for a published skill version: relativePath, bytes, lines, and sha256 per file. Public, but honors the skill's visibility (PRIVATE/UNLISTED require the requester to have access). Returns 404 for versions synced before multi-file ingest landed (fall back to the version's instructions field).
