Set Default Chat Transport

Save the connection every new chat starts on.

Applies to chats nobody routed explicitly — a fresh session in the web app, and every conversation that arrives without a request to read a route from: bot links, schedules, briefings, dream passes. It does not touch a conversation that already exists; sessions keep the route they were created with.
