List Dream Pass Records

List a user's dream passes, across the account and every expert, newest first: the durable records, each as GET .../record returns it. A finished pass keeps its phase outputs, operations and usage; its input bundle went when it closed, and its lease with it, or, for a pass whose close left a cleanup pending, once that cleanup finished.
