Single-shot graph payload for the visualizer canvas (account scope).

Returns nodes + edges in one round-trip so the frontend can hand the whole thing to a force-directed layout without N+1 fetches.

Defaults to entities + communities (the "what does my memory know about" view). include_episodes=True adds the temporal :Episodic nodes — useful for debugging extraction but noisy for the typical inspector view.
