Unlink a computer

Own rows only (unknown or someone else's is 404). The computer's own sld_ token may delete exactly its own row (self-unlink); another device's id with an sld_ token is 403. Afterwards the token answers 401 device_unlinked; a browser row's JWT is denylisted and answers 401, and an open ActionCable socket closes with device_unlinked. A change is announced on the linked_devices live topic.
