The device reports the pause is over (device only)

Paused becomes active and the lease restarts. Resuming an active session is harmless. A person over the computer may resume only a pause whose reason is phone (403 "Only this computer can resume this." otherwise); the computer gets a device_session_resumed delivery. The computer's own resume of a phone pause is refused 403 unless the body carries local: true (the person pressed Resume at the machine); a computer's own pause report never downgrades a phone pause.
