The device reports a pause (device only)

Body {reason: person_active|secure_field|person|other}. The computer reports its own pauses; a person over the computer (owner, top of its tree, the session's grantor) may also pause with reason: phone only (anyone else 404), and the computer gets a device_session_paused delivery {session_id, reason: "phone"}. Active becomes paused; the lease stops running while paused (keep beating). The agent gets a device_session delivery with event: paused.
