Signals

Create Forecasted IPO signal

Companies on a path to going public — delivered the window when they staff up on compliance, finance and infrastructure, and buy the tooling that comes with it.

Input: all optional — companySizeFilters, locations, industryFilters (LinkedIn taxonomy, mapped to our forecast industry categories for you) and their excluded* counterparts. Enable enablePersonaTargeting with targetPersonas to add contacts, and getEmails / getPhones for enrichment. There is no forecast-strength parameter: only the strongest tier is ever served.

Output: company-level leads — name, domain, LinkedIn URL, industry, size, location. Contacts are delivered only when persona targeting is on.

Use cases:

  • Compliance and audit — IPO readiness forces spend on controls, reporting and security.
  • Finance tooling — reporting standards tighten well before the listing.
  • Scale-up hiring — headcount plans accelerate ahead of the event.
