Create Employee Departure signal

Reach people who just inherited a vacant role at your target accounts — when a VP Sales leaves, contact the CEO or Head of HR now managing that gap.

Input: the roles to watch departing (jobTitles, customTitles); which people at the now-vacated company to contact (deliverPersonas); company filters (companySizeFilters, locations, industryFilters, excludedLocations, excludedTitles); enrichment flags (getEmails, getPhones).

Output: each person matching a deliverPersona at a company where someone in a watched role just left is pushed to your webhookUrl as an enriched lead; non-matching departures are filtered out.

Use cases:

  • Gap-filling pitch — when a role empties, offer to cover the gap (staffing, tooling, services) to whoever now owns it.
  • Backfill timing — recruiting vendors pitch the backfill the moment the seat opens.
  • Relationship-risk alert — warn your CS team when your champion leaves a customer account.

Duplicate lead handling: 'refuse' (never accept), 'allow' (always accept), or 'Xd' (accept a duplicate after X days, e.g. '7d'). Optional — defaults to 'allow', so a contact who triggers this signal a second time is delivered a second time.

statusstring nullable

Initial status (default: draft). Accepts draft, active, or paused. If active, mandatory config fields are validated.
