Signals

Create Company Registration signal

Discover newly registered French companies matching your industry and geography filters — automatically surface the founders and decision-makers behind fresh companies as they register.

Input: French SIRENE filters (nafCodes for industry via NAF activity codes, departmentCodes and/or regionCodes for geography, legalForms for legal status such as SAS/SARL, employeeSizeCodes for headcount range), plus optional persona targeting (enablePersonaTargeting + targetPersonas to find founders, CEOs, or specific roles).

Output: Each new company matching your filters is delivered to your webhookUrl as a company-level lead with SIRENE registration metadata (company name, SIREN identifier, creation date, location, activity code, legal form, employee range). When persona targeting is enabled, the founders/decision-makers behind the company are resolved and delivered as per-person leads instead of a separate company lead — each person lead carries the same company registration data.

Use cases:

  • First-mover outreach — reach brand-new companies before competitors and become their first vendor.
  • Founder tooling — pitch startup / founder solutions at day zero.

  • Auth: HTTP bearer

Request body

namestring required

Name for this signal

webhookUrlstring nullable

Where each lead is POSTed as it is produced. Optional (since 2026-09-23): omit it when you read leads with GET /api/v1/signals/{signalId}/leads or route them to a connected CRM or sequencer with destinations on PATCH /api/v1/signals/{signalId}.

dailyLeadLimitinteger

Max leads per day

duplicateHandlingstring nullable

Duplicate lead handling: 'refuse' (never accept), 'allow' (always accept), or 'Xd' (accept a duplicate after X days, e.g. '7d'). Optional — defaults to 'allow', so a contact who triggers this signal a second time is delivered a second time.

statusstring nullable

Initial status (default: draft). Accepts draft, active, or paused. If active, mandatory config fields are validated.
