Signals

Create Competitor Customers signal

Get the companies currently RUNNING a competitor's tool — a standing list of displacement targets rather than a change event.

Input: trackedTool (the competitor) or trackedCategory, plus the firmographic filters. excludeDomains removes domains you already work with.

Output: company-level leads with the tool in use. Unlike Tech Adoption and Displacement, these are steady-state users, not a dated change — so pace delivery with dailyLeadLimit rather than expecting bursts.

Use cases:

  • Displacement campaign — a target list built on verified usage, not guesses.
  • Battlecard targeting — segment by competitor to send the right comparison.
  • Territory mapping — see where a rival is entrenched before planning a push.
