Daily-rounds triage feed for the coach dashboard. Aggregates crisis-flagged conversations + VaultHooks coaching-priority pattern detections (underfueling, late-night eating, meal skipping, weight plateau, sodium spike, shake over-reliance, etc.) into a single severity-sorted feed. Each row includes client name + surgery_date + active medical overrides so the UI can render phase context without extra round-trips. Cached per-coach for 60s.
