Mobile Coach API — Weight card "More" opens the client's own Trends sheet in coach mode, which reads /weight/history + /measurements directly (not the #7 summary shape). Byte-for-byte mirror of GET /weight/history, including months/aggregate params. Requires coach_data_consent_at. Replaces the earlier custom-shaped weight-trend endpoint.
