Day-level counterpart to food-logs/:logId/review (REW-702) — coach feedback on a client's whole day of logging instead of one entry. Day and per-entry reviews coexist and both surface to the client. Saves coach_feedback/reviewed_by/reviewed_at on a food_day_reviews row keyed by (clientId, date) — re-reviewing the same day updates that row rather than creating a duplicate. Also sends a chat message + push to the client. Requires coach_data_consent_at.
