Mobile Coach API alias for the existing (admin-web) PATCH /coach/food-logs/:logId/review — same underlying action (saves coach_feedback/reviewed_by/reviewed_at on the food log, sends a chat message + push to the client), reached via the /coach/clients/:id/... convention this API otherwise uses everywhere. Additionally verifies the log actually belongs to clientId — the bare route has no such check since it has no client id in its path at all. 404 (not the bare route's 403) if the log belongs to a different client. Requires coach_data_consent_at.
