Mark this coach's booked reward call as didn't happen

Changed on

From when the booked call starts until it auto-delivers (3 hours after it ends). no_show: delivered with delivery_outcome 'no_show', consent revoked, and the user gets the no-show push instead of "is in". coach_unavailable: the call is cancelled and the prize goes back to booking, with an apology push. 409 NOT_A_CALL, NOT_BOOKED, CALL_NOT_STARTED or ALREADY_DELIVERED.
