Changes to Mobile Coach API — the client's questionnaire answers, grouped by section in survey order. Defaults to the onboarding (intake) survey. Each answer is flattened to display strings (`values`, plus `display` joined with ", "). Unanswered questions are omitted. Requires coach_data_consent_at.
