Paginated list of data-field ↔ impact-area links, each with its data field's title and its impact area's section and name. entity keeps the links whose data field belongs to that entity; filter={"impactAreaId"|"dataFieldId"|"relationType":"…"} are exact matches and filter={"description":"…"} a case-insensitive substring. Sortable by id/impactAreaId/dataFieldId/relationType/description/createdAt/updatedAt (default: id ascending). Legacy answered 500 for a relationType sort, undercounted the total by the links without a data field, sent the joined columns as title/categoryHierarchyId/categoryDescription alongside audit columns, and accepted an unused isDropDown. Answers the paginated { data, metadata: { pagination } } envelope (1-based pagination.page); legacy sent { data, meta }.
