Deletes the data-field ↔ impact-area links named in ids; unknown ids are skipped. First drops the cached classification views of the impact areas those links point at and of all their ancestors. Takes { ids: [...] } and answers 204; legacy took a bare array at /bulk-delete and answered 200 with an empty body.
